Walk-in: Visit the Welcome Desk in the Walker Complex (Payment accepted by Cash, Cheque, Debit Card, Visa or Mastercard)

Liability Waiver MUST be completed before any participation in camps occur.  Please download and mail to above address.

All camps are NUT-FREE  


 

Refund Policy:

Last date for withdrawal from all Athletic Summer Camps is the Monday before start of camp (i.e. one week prior).  A full refund will be issued if cancellation occurs before that date.  After this date an administrative fee of $40 will apply and be taken off your refund.  There will be no discounts for days not attended & NO REFUNDS will be issued once camp begins without a doctor’s note.  Refunds will be issued by cheque only and should be received within 2-3 weeks of the initial request.  For more information please contact Sandie Huffman at shuffman@brocku.ca or 905-688-5550 x3384
