2011-12: In his sophomore season, Giganc appeared in 24 regular season games… finished the season registering six goals and five assists for 11 points… collected three power point goals and one game winning goal… Gignac recorded a career high three point performance against Carleton (Oct. 7 – 2G, 1A) 

2010-11: In Gignac’s rookie season, he appeared in 24 regular season games… finished the season registering eight goals and seven assists for 15 points with 20 penalty minutes… collected three power play goals and one game winning goal… recorded two multiple-point performances, Carleton (Nov 26 – 1G, 1A), Ottawa (Nov 27 – 2G) 

Gignac comes to Brock University from the Stoney Creek Warriors of the Golden Horseshoe Jr. B League... for the past three seasons with Stoney Creek he has been one of the top scorers in the league... over three season he recorded 121 goals and 104 assists for 225 points in 145 career games... 55 of his 121 goals were on the power play... he also added nine shorthanded goals and 20 game-winning goals in his career... this past season (2009-10) he recorded a career best 88 points tallying 56 goals and 32 assists in 51 games... 27 goals were on the man advantage... helped lead the Warriors to back-to-back Golden Horseshoe Conference Championships (2009, 2010).
