Brock, Welland Curling Club to host 2012 CIS/CCA championships
OTTAWA (CCA) - The Canadian Curling Association (CCA) and Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) Thursday announced that the 2012 CIS/CCA University Curling Championships, presented by The Dominion, will be played at the Welland Curling Club in Welland, Ontario, March 14-18.

NEWFOUNDLAND - The Brock University women's curling team (14-6 overall) ended their 2010-11 season with a second place finish at the CIS/CCA University Curling Championships. In the finals, the Badgers lost to the three-time CIS Gold medalist Laurier Golden Hawks by the score of 7-4.

NEWFOUNDLAND - The Brock University women's curling team (14-5 overall) have advanced to the National Championship final at the 2011 CIS/CCA University Curling Championships. They will take on top-seeded Laurier Golden Hawks who were 6-1 in the round robin.

Brock women's curling captures OUA bronze, advances to CIS Championships
WATERLOO, Ont. - The Brock University women's curling team (8-2 OUA) captured a bronze medal at the OUA Championships Monday as they dropped an 8-2 decision to Guelph in the semi-finals before defeating Western 8-5 in the bronze medal game punching their ticket to the CIS National Championships as the third qualifying team.
