The Brock Badgers men's hockey team (8-7-6 OUA) will travel to Thunder Bay to take on the Lakehead Thunderwolves (13-6-1 OUA) for games on Friday and Saturday night.
Last season the Badgers dropped four games to the Thunderwolves, including two games in Thunder Bay and two close losses at home. Dating back to the 2007-08 season, the Badgers are 1-7 against Lakehead, with the lone win being a 6-5 shootout win in December of 2007.
The Badgers are 1-1 over their past two games, which included an outstanding performance by goalie Kurt Jory (Brandon, Man.) who made 39 saves in earning a 1-0 shutout over Guelph.
Puck drop on both Friday and Saturday night will be 7:30 p.m.
