Women's Volleyball drops 3-0 decision to Laurier

The Brock University women's volleyball team (12-7 OUA) ended the OUA regular season with a 3-0 loss to the Laurier Golden Hawks (18-25, 18-25, 18-25) Saturday night on the road.  A victory would have clinched a playoff berth for the Badgers. They will now have to wait the outcome of other conference games to see if they clinch a playoff berth.

Leading the Badgers was senior Erin Mercer (Rockwood, Ont.) who recorded 10 kills and five digs. Freshman Tori Stirling (Whitby, Ont.) added seven kills and seven digs while junior Shannon Anderson (Newmarket, Ont.) rounded out the Brock leaders contributing with six kills and 10 digs in the loss.
