O'Leary named to OUA Volleyball All-Rookie Team

ST. CATHARINES, Ont. - Brock University women's volleyball player Karlinna O'Leary (Whitby, Ont.) has been named to the 2012-13 OUA All-Rookie Team.

I am very excited Karlinna was selected for the OUA All-Rookie Team," said Brock women's volleyball head coach Dale Melnick. "She played so composed and consistent throughout her entire rookie season." 

The freshman libero finished the season with 277 digs averaging 4.54 digs/set which ranked second in the OUA and  third in the CIS.

She recorded 20 plus digs in seven of the 17 matches. On November 25th versus the Ryerson Rams she registered a career high 26 digs.
