Rounding out the gold-medal haul for Brock at the 2026 U SPORTS Championships, Rémi Ouellette captured gold in the men's para shot put F41 ambulatory event on Saturday, March 7. In his first attempt of the afternoon, the Sport Management major recorded an 8.90m throw, which was a personal best at the time. His next two attempts came in at a distance of 7.96m and 8.58m. Aiming to build on this, Ouellette registered a career-best 9.08m, besting the previous mark he set on his first throw of the competition. Finishing with his final two attempts, the third-year student-athlete recorded efforts of 8.97m and 8.69m to cap off his weekend.
