Madison Tuck and the Badgers claimed a bronze medal for the first time in program history at the 2026 U SPORTS Championship at the Langley Events Centre in Langley, B.C., taking place from Friday, March 13 until Sunday, March 15. The fourth-year outside hitter accumulated 48 points over the three-game span, coming from 37 kills, eight blocks and three service aces. In the quarterfinal win against the Saint Mary's Huskies, Tuck earned 10 points and hit at an efficient .316 per cent in the three-set sweep, helping the Badgers move on to the semifinal round for the first time in program history. The Teacher Education major was then named the Mikasa Team Player of the Game in the second matchup against the Sherbrooke Vert & Or as she earned 17 points from 14 kills and three blocks in the narrow 3-2 defeat. The bronze medal match saw Tuck come up in the clutch with a game-high 21 points from 14 kills, three service aces and four blocks, highlighted by a kill and ace that gave the Badgers a 14-9 lead in the fifth and deciding set.
