Marisa Freeman, a fifth-year Teacher Education major, was vital in the Badgers commanding 63-3 win over the Waterloo Warriors on Saturday, Sept. 26, recording one try throughout the contest. The veteran provided a consistent spark for the Badgers with her physicality and work rate, helping Brock maintain their intensity on both sides of the ball to limit the Warriors to three points. Freeman’s efforts helped the Badgers secure their second consecutive victory as they continue to build momentum throughout the remainder of the regular season.
