ST. CATHARINES, Ont. - For her second consecutive season Brock University women's hockey player Beth Clause (Hamilton, Ont.) has been selected as an OUA Second Team All-Star.

"Beth once again made a huge contribution to our team this season,"said Brock women's hockey head coach Todd Erskine. "Her ability to start all 27 games for us in the competitive OUA conference shows her level of commitment and endurance to being one of the top goalies in the CIS. She was a key reason for us having a strong second half this year and look forward to having her for one more season."

In her fourth season with the Badgers women's hockey team, Clause finished the OUA regular season with a single season high 822 saves while posting a 2.55 GAA and .924 save percentage.

She ranked in the OUA top 10 in five categories including minutes played (1600 - 1st), saves (822 - 2nd), wins (11 - 5th), SV% (.924 - 6th) and GAA (2.55 - 8th).

In her four year career, Clause has put up some of the best numbers in the OUA having registered 2807 career saves with an impressive 2.27 GAA and .929 SV%.
