ST. CATHARINES, Ont. – Brock University men's lacrosse players Travis Gibbons (Owen Sound, Ont.), Jordan Weedmark (Carleton Place, Ont.) and Dustin Dunn (Peterborough, Ont.) have all been selected as 2012 CUFLA All-Canadians by the Canadian University Field Lacrosse Association.
In his first season at Brock, Travis Gibbons recorded 32 goals and 15 assists for 47 points in 12 regular season games. Gibbons led the Badgers in scoring and was third in CUFLA scoring.
Senior Jordan Weedmark finished the 2012 season with 27 goals and 10 assists for 37 points in 12 games. The fifth year attackman came third on the team in scoring and was ninth in CUFLA scoring. He was named a CUFLA honourable mention for the Badgers in 2011. In his Brock career, Weedmark recorded 90 goals and 51 assists for 141 career points in 63 career games.
Senior Dustin Dunn earned his third All-Canadian selection over the past four years. In 2012, Dunn scored 20 goals and added eight assists finishing with 28 points in 12 contests. Dustin received CUFLA All-Canadian honours during the 2009 and 2010 seasons. In his Brock career, Dunn added 75 goals and 28 assists for 103 career points in 54 career games.
Longpole Steve Priolo (St. Catharines, Ont.) was a CUFLA West honourable mention. In 10 games he recorded two goals and two assists with 10 penalty minutes.
