Box Score GUELPH, Ont. - The Brock Badgers women's hockey team (0-2-2 OUA) stole a point against the No. 6 ranked Guelph Gryphons Saturday afternoon on the road.  

Christina Ieradi scored her first Ontario University Athletics goal to force overtime, but it was the Gryphons (3-0-1 OUA) that prevailed 3-2.  Kailey Peirson picked up an assist on the Ieradi goal - her first OUA point as well.

Samantha Green had the other goal on the powerplay for Brock who were outshot 30-21 overall.

Stephanie Loukes stopped 27 shots in the loss.

Both teams finished the contest 1-for-2 on the powerplay.

This was the Badgers second straight overtime loss as the team continues to show improvement.

Brock concludes its four-game road trip next Sunday afternoon at York, before returning home on Friday night November 7th against the University of Ontario Institute of Technology Ridgebacks.  Game time at the Seymour-Hannah Centre is 7:15 pm.
