Box Score GUELPH - The Brock University men's hockey team (5-4-3 OUA) dropped a 6-1 decision to the Guelph Gryphons Saturday night on the road.

The Badgers were tied 1-1 after 20 minutes, before the Gryphons answered with five straight, including four in the final period.

Scoring for the Badgers was Mitch Nardi (Hamilton, Ont.), who registered his seventh goal of the season. Josh Timaano (Orillia, Ont.) and Jake Cardwell (Niagara Falls, Ont.) added the assists.

Dylan Gilbert, NicholasTrecapelli and Robert De Fulviis led the way for the Gryphons adding one goal and one assist each. Leonard Fabbri, Cody Thompson and Stephen Hiff all added single goals.

In goal, Brock starting goaltender Clint Windsor (Hamilton, Ont.) registered 37 saves in the loss. Guelph's Scott Stajcer turned aside 33 of 34 shots he faced for the victory.
