Box Score HAMILTON, ON - The Brock University men's volleyball team dropped a 3-0 decision (11-25, 21-25, 22-25) to the No. 2 ranked McMaster Marauders Friday night at the Burridge Gymnasium.

John Elgersma led the Badgers offense with eight kills, three aces and four digs. Setter Marcelo Correa contributed with six kills, 14 assists and seven digs while Timmy Spisar chipped in with five kills to round out the Brock leaders.

For McMaster, the trio of Brandon Koppers, Danny Demyanenko and Jayson McCarthy combined for 24 of the Marauders 36 kills. Setter Andrew Richards finished with 28 assists and 10 digs for the double-double.

The Badgers had just a .014 hitting percentage for the match collecting 22 kills with 21 errors on 74 offensive attempts. McMaster registered 36 kills with just 12 errors on 77 atempts for a .312  hitting percentage.

The Badgers return to action next weekend when they host the Guelph Gryphons (Nov. 25 - 8pm) and Waterloo Warriors (Nov.26 - 8pm) at the Bob Davis Gymnasium.
