ST. CATHARINES, ON - The Brock University men's hockey team took down the Carleton Ravens by a score of 1-0 in double overtime Saturday night at the Seymour-Hannah Centre.
In a game where scoring came at a premium, the Badgers were able to match the intensity of the Ravens through the first 65Â minutes of action, sending the game into it's second overtime period.

Alex Brooks-Potts (Burlington, ON) earned his first OUA victory and first OUA shutout stopping 39 shots en route to the win. Carleton starter Justin Nichols collected 36 saves in the loss.
With the victory, the Badgers snap a six game losing streak, and improve their record to 8-8-1.
The Badgers next action comes January 6th when they take on the Lakehead Thunderwolves on the road at Memorial Gardens. Their next home action comes January 20th against UOIT at the Seymour-Hannah Centre.
