ST. CATHARINES, ON - The Brock University women's hockey team dropped a 4-2 decision to the Western Mustangs Saturday afternoon at the Seymour-Hannah Centre.
Annie Berg (Beamsville, ON) scored both goals for the Badgers, her 7th and 8th of the season.
Christina Ieradi (Maple, ON) added two assists while
Megan Delay added a single helper.
Scoring for the Mustangs were Pereira, Armstrong and Kipfer and Iazzolini who added an empty netter.
In goal,
Jensen Murphy recorded 32 saves in the loss.
It was the Badgers third straight loss as they fall into 10th place in the OUA standings. Just six points separate 6th through 10th place in the close standings.
The Badgers host the Windsor Lancers Sunday 2:15 pm at the Seymour-Hannah Centre.
