Box Score The Brock University men's hockey team scored four goals in the third period to defeat the Western Mustangs by the score of 5-2 Saturday night at the Seymour-Hannah Centre.

After a scoreless opening 20 minutes, Western took a 1-0 lead two minutes into the second as David Eccles setup Kolyen Olynek for his third goal of the season. The Badgers would tie the game 1-1 just four minutes later as Mack Lemmon recorded his second goal of the campaign with assists going to Brandon O'Quinn and Jeff Corbett. The Mustangs would regain the one goal lead at the eight minute mark as Matt Watson beat Brock goaltender Clint Windsor.

In the third period, it was all Brock, as they answered with four straight goals for their second consecutive home victory. Scoring for the Badgers were Corbett and Matt MacLeod, who both added power play markers. In the final minute, Brock would get empty netters from Brayden Stortz and Lemmon, his second goal of the night.

In goal, Windsor recorded 36 saves for the victory while Western starter Dan Davies collected 35 saves in the loss.
