The Brock University men's volleyball team dropped a 3-1 (25-17, 19-25, 25-11, 25-13) decision to the Western Mustangs Saturday night at Alumni Hall.

Leading the Badgers was rookie Logan House who finished with 11 kills and seven digs and Timmy Spiser who collected 10 kills and 7 digs. Setter Marcelo Correa finished with 30 assists and six digs while libero Felipe Costa added 10 digs in the loss.

The Western offense was led by Evan Cranshaw who registered 14 kills and five digs and Zeid Hamadeh who finished with 10 kills and five digs. Setter Matt Hooker chipped in with 35 assists and five digs in the victory.

For the match, the Badgers hit. 024 with 35 kills and 32 errors on 103 attempts. The Mustangs hit an impressive .304 adding 45 kills with just 14 errors on 102 attempts.

The badgers next action is Sunday afternoon when they take on the Windsor Lancers on the road
