Box Score LONDON, ON - The No. 4 ranked Brock University men's basketball team defeated the Western Mustangs by the score of 80-65 Wednesday night on the road.

With the victory, the Badgers clinch a first round bye and will host an OUA 1/4 Final Game on Saturday, February 25th.

Brock held a 20-15 lead after one quarter and extended that lead to 46-29 at the half. Midway through the second quarter, Brock led 33-26, before closing out the first half with a 13-3 run to go up by 17.

The two teams played an even second half, but the Badgers were too much for the Mustangs, as they captured their 22nd victory of the season

The Badgers had six players in double figures led by Ryan Bennett (Toronto, ON) who recorded 14 points. Cassidy Ryan (Mississauga, ON) and Johneil Simpson (Toronto, ON) continued to be sparks of the Brock bench finishing with 12 and 11 points respectively. Rounding out the Brock leaders were Daniel Cayer (Montreal, QC) and Dani Elgadi (Waterloo, ON) who chipped in with 11 and 10 points.
