Box Score Annie Berg scored a goal and assisted on the game-tying goal to help the Brock women's hockey team pull off a comeback over the Laurentian Voyageurs 3-2 in a shootout at Seymour-Hannah Arena on Friday.
Goaltender Jensen Murphy made 40 saves.
The Badgers fell behind 2-0 in second period.
"We didn't decide to play until the third period," said head coach Margot Page. "We never gave up and I liked our compete level in the third."
Berg scored at 12:43 of the third and then assisted on Cassidy Maplethorpe's game-tying goal with less than two minutes to play.
In the shootout, Maplethorpe and Maggie Spratt-Mallick each found the back of the net. Murphy denied two shooters.
Brock fired 22 shots on Voyageurs netminder Shanna Dolighan.
For Laurentian, Karissa Hoskin and Julia Giannitsopoulos each scored a goal. Brooklyn Davis tallied two assists.
