The Brock University women's volleyball team dropped a 3-1 decision to the Queen's Gaels Saturday on the road.
Brock's offense was led by
Renee Helmer who recorded 10 kills and five digs.
Grace Edwards contributed with nine kills and 12 digs while
Laura Condotta chipped in with six kills. Libero
Julia Balatbat added 14 digs while setter
Emily Armstrong added 23 assists and five digs in the loss.
Leading Queen's was Shannon Neville who led all players with 15 kills. Julia Wiercigroch and Isabella Korchinski chipped in with 11 and 10 kills respectively.
For the match, Brock recorded 32 kills with 20 errors on 95 attempts for a .126 hitting percentage. Queen's finished with 40 kills and 19 errors on 113 attempts for a .186 hitting efficiency.
Brock's next action is Sunday afternoon as they take on the RMC Paladins on the road.
