The Brock Badgers look to win their first game of the early OUA season when they host the undefeated Toronto Varsity Blues at Seymour-Hannah Arena in St. Catharines on Thursday, Oct. 10.
Last weekend, the Badgers embarked on a New York to Connecticut road trip where they squared off against a pair of NCAA opponents in RPI (6-3 loss) and Quinnipiac (4-4 tie).
Tonight versus Toronto, Brock will be without senior defencemen Ethan Spaxman and Dexter Weber and forwards Matthew Campese and Connor Brown due to injury.
The Badgers, who opened the season with a 6-3 loss to Windsor, play back-to-back home games against Toronto and the York Lions (Friday, Oct. 11 at 7:15 p.m.).
Meanwhile, the Varsity Blues outscored their opponents 8-5 to earn victories against No. 10 Guelph and York.
