No. 9 Lions shut out Badgers

York Lions goaltender Lauren Dubie made 25 saves to shut down the Brock women's hockey team as the No. 9-ranked Lions skated to a 2-0 win at Seymour-Hannah Arena on Thursday.

After a scoreless first period, Kara Washer and Erin Locke each tallied a goal six minutes apart in the second period.

Brock and York tied in shots 25-25. 

Up next, the Badgers (2-3) host the Laurentian Voyageurs on Friday, Nov. 8 at noon.
