Brock men's volleyball deployed a new-look lineup during a 3-0 (25-16, 25-23, 25-22) victory over the RMC Paladins on the road Friday.

First-year left sides Nanle Yusuf and Saulius Lianga each scored 10 and eight kills, respectively, to lead the Brock attack.

"They were composed," said head coach Matt Ragogna. "We had a lot of rookies in tonight getting their first OUA starts, so it was a battle."

Second-year middle Christopher Chapman contributed six kills and first-year setter Grant Reddon contributed 20 assists.

The Badgers continued to build a lead throughout the game despite a rocky hitting percentage, but exploded in the third set with a .444 kill percentage. 

"When we are playing and focused on our side of the court we execute and start to separate leads," said Ragogna. "I thought having two rookie pin hitters while passing the whole game gave them a lot to battle with."

Up next, the Badgers (2-1) continue their eastern road swing with a visit to Queen's (1-2) on Saturday, Nov. 2 at 8 p.m.
