The Brock women's hockey team lost 2-1 in overtime to the Ryerson Rams in Game 1 of the OUA quarter-finals at Seymour-Hannah Arena on Feb. 20.
Rams forward Brooklyn Gemmill scored the game winner following a tic-tac-toe play five minutes into overtime.

Ryerson's Olivia Giardetti, who assisted on the winning-goal goal, scored just 32 seconds into the game, yet Annie Berg tied the game up with a breakaway goal early in the second.
In the dying minutes of the third, the Badgers celebrated what they thought was a good goal, however the refs ruled that the net came off its moorings. In overtime, the Badgers manufactured a flurry of chances, but couldn't find the back of the Rams' net.
Goaltender Jensen Murphy faced 27 shots while the Badgers fired 27 shots at Ryerson netminder Rachel Seeley.
