OSHAWA - Winning their fourth consecutive exhibition game, the Brock Badgers men's hockey team knocked off the Ontario Tech Ridgebacks 2-1 in Oshawa on Saturday afternoon.
It didn't take long for the Badgers to find a lead as second-year forward
Jacob Roach scored the first goal of the game on the first shot of the game. The Ridgebacks were able to respond with just five minutes remaining in the period and it would be a 1-1 tie heading into the first intermission.
Following a scoreless second frame, fourth-year centre
Justin Brack would notch the game-winner for the Badgers in the third period.

Andy MacLean made 32 saves in the winning effort.
The Badgers now return home to Canada Games Park to continue their preseason schedule versus the Western Mustangs on Friday, Oct. 7. An early afternoon puck drop is scheduled for 2 p.m.
