TORONTO -  Traveling to Toronto for two preseason matches, the Brock Badgers men's volleyball team earned a 3-2 victory over the Nipissing Lakers on Friday night, before falling 3-2 versus the Waterloo Warriors on Saturday morning.

In the opening match of the week, the Badgers and Lakers had an exciting five-set contest. The set scores were 25-21, 25-22, 18-25, 14-25, 16-14.

Brock had another five-set match the next day, with the final going the way of the Warriors in a nearly never-ending fifth set going 32-20. Set scores were 25-19, 22-25, 25-21, 23-25, 30-32. 

The Badgers preseason schedule will continue at home in the Bob Davis Gymnasium. Brock will host RMC in a pair of matches on Friday, Oct. 28 and Saturday, Oct. 29. Tickets for the exhibition match can be purchased at brocku.universitytickets.com.
