No. 4 Badgers thrash Mustangs, extend win streak

Box Score A pair of first-year outside hitters led the No. 4 Brock women's volleyball team to their eighth consecutive victory in London on Friday, Feb. 18.
 
Madison Chimienti scored 12 kills, and Emily Foest tallied 11 as the Badgers disposed of the Western Mustangs 3-0 (25-23, 25-19, 25-22).

Brock remains in first place in the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) West Division with a record of 8-0, its longest unbeaten streak under head coach Steve Delaney.
 
"It was a great game. Both our left sides played well," Delaney said. "It was a good team effort, and we closed out when we had to. We managed to capitalize whenever we had a swing for a set."
 
Sadie Dick recorded seven kills, and Grace Pyatt chipped in six.
 
The Badgers (8-0) return home to St. Catharines as they prepare to host the Mustangs (5-3) on Sunday, Feb. 20, at 2 p.m.
 
Brock will be allowing spectators at Bob Davis Gymnasium since the announcement by the Province of Ontario earlier this week. Tickets must be pre-purchased. Spectators are encouraged to review Brock's Game Day Protocols.
