SUDBURY - The No. 5 Brock men's basketball extended its win streak to six games on Saturday, Jan. 28.

The Badgers defeated the Laurentian Voyageurs 85-79 to improve to 13-3 in the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) Central standings.

Third-year point guard
Isaiah Bujdoso led Brock in scoring with 20 points. Bujdoso scored half of his points in the first quarter as the Badgers led 30-15 and never relinquished the lead.

The Badgers registered one of their highest field goal shooting percentages of the season at 48.4 per cent (31-of-64) and outrebounded the Voyageurs 40-32.

Brock led by as many as 20 points in the second frame and led 51-35 at halftime.

Jesse Barnes and
Jevon Brown each added 14 points.
Jordan Tchuente tallied 12 points and
Daniel Caldwell contributed 11.

Tchuente and Barnes led the team in rebounds with nine and eight, respectively.

First-year point guard
Xavier Fearon chipped in eight points, two assists and three boards.
Caillou Lacroix of Laurentian led all players with 24 points.

Brock is tied with Lakehead for first in the division and third in the conference behind Ottawa and Queen's.
