The Brock Badgers women's volleyball will enter preseason as the No. 3 ranked team in the country.

Following their bronze medal finish at U SPORTS in the 2025-26 campaign, the Badgers return to the court looking to build on their historic season that saw them capture their fourth provincial title and first national medal in program history. Across the season, Brock posted a 22-4 overall record, including a 17-3 mark in the OUA regular season.

The incoming core of new Badgers will be led by a hungry veteran group, headlined by setter Mackenna Knox. After leading the team in total assists and assists per set last season, Knox returns as an OUA First Team All-Star and U SPORTS Championship All-Star. She will be joined Emma Baruchelli, who established herself as a force at the net by finishing 10th in the OUA in blocks per set, earning her OUA Third Team All-Star honours.

The team will open their three-game exhibition schedule on Thursday, Oct. 8., as they ramp up for their preparation for their first weekend of regular season action against the Ottawa Gee-Gees. Both games are scheduled for 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 31., and Sunday, Nov. 1.
