Smith, a 5-foot-10 guard, comes to the Badgers from Niagara College where he spent the past three seasons... last season with the Knights, Smith finished seventh in OCAA West Region scoring by averaging 14.2 PPG and was the leading three-point shooter in the conference... he was also the Knights' leading scorer and rebounder... he was named an OCAA West Region 2nd Team All-Star and the 2010-11 Niagara College Male Athlete of the Year.
