Brock University Athletics

Taylor Tiessen grew up in Leamington, Onta as a multi-sport athlete playing football, baseball, and hockey. 

His journey at Brock University began as a student in Concurrent Education where he graduated in 2016. While completing his undergraduate degree, Tiessen was an intern with the Brock Sports Performance staff, and was extremely lucky to stay on with the team. He has been a Lead Performance Coach since 2018. 

Tiessen's early career highlights include OUA medals with the Brock rowing and women’s basketball teams at the provincial and national levels. His true highlights are observing the daily work Brock student-athletes put in behind the scenes to put themselves on the podium. He looks forward to many more highlights and being a part of the journey along the way.
