2008-09: During his senior season at Brock, Toonders appeared in 25 of 28 regular season games… added three goals and one assist for four points… one of his three goals came with a man-advantage.

2007-08: Last season as a sophomore, Toonders appeared in all 28 regular season games... finished third in defenseman scoring recording a career high nine points collecting two goals and seven assists.

2006-07: In his freshman season, Toonders appeared in 25 of 28 games... was second in defenseman scoring adding six goals and two assists for eight points... recorded his first career Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) goal versus University of Toronto (10/21/06).

Junior: In 2004-05 he played at American International College, an NCAA Division III program... played two seasons with Trenton (2002-04) in the OPJHL where he registered eight goals and 41 assists for 49 points in 88 career games.
