Emily Good, an NCCP club coach certified in throws, brings experience and a commitment to excellence to her coaching role with the Brock Badgers Track and Field team. Good graduated from Western University in 2021 with a Bachelor in Health Sciences (Honours) and is currently pursuing a dual master’s degree in Business Administration and Public Health at Brock.
During her four years with the Western Mustangs track and field team, Good achieved multiple OUA and U SPORTS medal finishes. As a graduate student at Brock during the 2022-2023 season, she made history by securing a gold medal in women's shot put at the OUA Championships; the first gold medal in program history.
Beyond her coaching role at Brock, Good volunteers with the Thorold Elite Track Club, passionately imparting throwing fundamentals to elementary and high school students, with a special focus on supporting and encouraging young girls to stay in sports.
