2010-11: As a rookie, Vanderveen appeared in all 27 regular season games... finished second on the team in scoring and led OUA rookies with 25 points adding 10 goals and 15 assists... collected five power play and three game winning goals... registered her first Canadian University Sport (CIS) point versus the Toronto Varsity Blues on October 10th, 2010... added her first career goal which was one of her three game winners against the UOIT Ridgebacks on October 30th, 2010... recorded her first two-goal game against the Queen's Gaels on November 13th, 2010... finished with nine multiple point performances including a career high three points (1G, 2A) versus UOIT on October 30th... was named to the OUA All-Rookie Team... collected 26 penalty minutes.
