Chris Gladney is from Uxbridge, Ont and began coaching with the Brock men's rugby team in 2017.

He also coaches the Oshawa Vikings U9 team within his home rugby club.

Gladney won an OFSAA Gold medal with Uxbridge Secondary School and an OUA bronze medal with Brock University.

Gladney played for the Rugby Ontario Junior program for four years, the Team Canada Junior Team U19, and with the Ontario Blues Men’s Program.
