Weinert, a second-year Medical Sciences student, was a key contributor in back-to-back wins for the Badgers to begin their new season this past weekend. The 5-10 guard poured in a game-high 15 points in Brock's dominant 70-49 win over Toronto on Friday, adding eight rebounds, two assists, and three steals. She followed that up with a team-high 19 points in the Badgers 60-56 fourth quarter come-from-behind win versus Laurier on Saturday, registering seven rebounds, four assists, three steals, and two blocks. She finished the weekend with 34 points, 15 rebounds, six assists, six steals, and two blocks.
