O'Connor, a junior swimmer, finished with an outstanding six medals at the Dean Boles Divisional Championships. The Kinesiology major earned gold medals in the 50m backstroke and 100m backstroke with times of 29.67 and 1:03.60. O'Connor also earned two silver medals in the 50m freestyle (26.62) and 100m freestyle (58.52) races. She led the 4x50m freestyle and 4x50m medley relay teams to silver medals and has now qualified for the U SPORTS Championships in the 50m and 100m backstroke due to her spectacular times over the weekend.
