At the Dean Boles Divisional Championship on Saturday, Nov. 25 and Sunday, Nov. 26, Bishop earned a silver medal in the 100-metre freestyle in thrilling fashion, finishing in a time of 51 seconds and 60 milliseconds; a mere 19 milliseconds ahead of the third-place finisher. The second-year Kinesiology student was not done there, leading the 4x100m freestyle relay team to a silver medal. The finish of 3:27.66 broke a school record that has been held since 1991.
