Finding the back of the net twice on the weekend, Malik Darbi was a huge reason for the Badgers' success. The 6-0 forward scored his first career Ontario University Athletics (OUA) goal and what would be the game winner as the Badgers notched an important 2-1 victory over the Waterloo Warriors on Friday, Sept. 27. Two days later on Sunday, Sept. 29, the first-year Business Communication student notched the first goal of the game to tie the contest before teammate Conrad Czarnecki made good on a penalty kick. This marked the second win of the weekend for Brock over Waterloo and gave them a key six points to help them reach the sixth spot in the OUA West standings.
