Charles-Etienne Tabet, a second-year rower, was named OUA Male Rower of the Year for the second straight year after another sensational showing at the provincial championships. With Connor Dodds, Tabet won his first gold medal of the day in the men's lightweight double (6:44.918). He followed it up with a first-place showing in the men's lightweight four alongside Dodds, Archer LaRochelle, Riley Watson and coxswain Serafina Dell as they finished in a time of 6:24.005 to narrowly beat the Queen's Gaels (6:25.279). The Business Economics major set a new program milestone on the weekend, becoming the first rower in Brock history to win the Male Rower of the Year award twice.
