Abby Holliday made an immediate impact for the Badgers in her first appearance at the OUA Women's Lacrosse Championship. The first-year Kinesiology major was a strong presence in the offensive zone for the Badgers in their two round robin contests. Holliday was recognized as the OUA Rookie of the Year, and she was selected as an OUA all-star as an attacker. In the two games over the weekend, Holliday scored three goals. This marks the first time the Badgers have earned a Rookie of the Year award since Mia Friesen received the honour in 2021.
