After a disappointing performance last week in London, the Badgers traveled to Varsity Stadium in Toronto and rallied in the 2nd half to edge the Blues 12-11.

Kassidy Doherty notched the winner with 59 seconds left on a feed from Kendra Byers. Kathryn Simpson led the scoring with four goals and one assist, Sarah Simpson two goals two assists, Kendra Byers two goals two assists, Eryn Brown two goals and Breanne Gillie added a single.

The Badgers trailed at the half but stormed back with eight goals in the second and tightened up on defence.

Eryn Matisz was strong in goal with 5 saves, and picked off a few passes around the Brock cage.

The Badgers 4-3-1,  are off to OUAs at Queens in Kingston November 1-3, 2013, and will host an exhibition game against Hill Academy as a warm up this week.
