Box Score ST. CATHARINES, Ont. - The Brock University women's hockey team (3-1-6-1 OUA) dropped a tough 1-0 decision in overtime to the Waterloo Warriors (6-2-3-1) Saturday at the Seymour-Hannah Centre.

After a scoreless 60 minutes, Waterloo's Paula Lagamba scored the game winner 50 seconds into extra time for the OT victory.

Brock rookie goalie Jensen Murphy recorded 23 saves in the loss. Waterloo starter Stephanie Sluys turned aside all 25 shots she faced for the shutout victory.

The Badgers close out the first half of the season on the road versus the Windsor Lancers on November 27th. They will host the U18 Swiss National Team on January 3rd at 11:15 am at the Seymour-Hannah Centre.
