WATERLOO, ON - The Brock University women's hockey team fell to the Waterloo Warriors by the score of 2-0 Sunday afternoon on the road.

The game remained scoreless after the first period with Brock outshooting Waterloo 7-6. The Warriors turned up the heat in the second period shelling out 20 shots and opening the scoring at 7:19 from Angela Macdonald to go up 1-0. Macdonald would add her second of the game at 9:55 of the third period to secure the victory.

Brock goaltender Jensen Murphy (Kingston, ON) made 27 saves in the loss. Warrior's goaltender Taylor Reimer collected 22 saves for the shutout.

The Badgers return to action February 3rd at 7:30pm when they face the UOIT Ridgebacks on the road in Oshawa.
