Brock women's volleyball sweeps Paladins 3-0

ST. CATHARINES, ON - The Brock University women's volleyball team defeated the RMC Paladins by the score of 3-0 Friday night at the Bob Davis Gymnasium.

Maddie Brown (Scarborough, ON) led the way with 12 kills and a .450 hitting percentage. Renee Helmer (Waterloo, ON) contributed with six kills while Hannah Davenhill (New Zealand) chipped in with four kills. Rookie setter Emily Armstrong (Oshawa, ON) finished with 26 assists and six digs while libero Karlinna O'Leary added 13 digs in the victory.

For the match, Brock hit .243 registering 33 kills with 15 errors on 74 attempts. RMC added just 17 kills with 13 errors on 65 attempts for a .062 hitting percentage.

The Badgers host the Queen's Gaels Saturday night at 6pm as part of Senior Night which is the last game of the regular season.
