The Brock University women's rugby team extended their win streak to three games as they rolled past the Laurier Golden Hawks by the score of 98-10 Saturday afternoon as part of homecoming weekend.
With today's victory, this marks the first time in the program's history that the Badgers have started the season off 3-0.
"I am so proud of this team," said second year head coach
Stefanie Pavlovich. "They all worked hard in the off-season and bought into a culture change which we are seeing game in and game out. We have a great core of returnees and one of the most talented group of rookies in the country."
Brock jumped out to an early 14 point lead and led 45-5Â at the half. In the second half, the Badgers offense continued to roll as they added 54 more points finishing just two shy of the century mark. In three games this season, Brock's offense has outscored the opposition 277-17.Â

Meagan Hart finished with 23 points registering one try and nine converts. In her first game back after capturing gold with Team Canada U20,
Niamh Haughey collected a game-high four tries.
