The goaltending duo of Jensen Murphy and Julia Pettella backstopped the Brock women's hockey team to a 2-1 win over the visiting Ottawa Gee-Gees at Seymour-Hannah Arena during the team's alumni reunion on Saturday.

Annie Berg and Kat Whiteye each found the back of the net in the first period.

Cassidy Maplethorpe, Kim Brown and Morgan Dezell each notched an assist.

Ottawa outshot Brock 33-22.

The Badgers now prepare to compete in the Kincardine Pre-season Tournament from Sept. 28-30.
