The Guelph Gryphons snapped the No. 8 Brock men's hockey team's seven-game win streak.
The Gryphons skated by the Badgers 5-1 at Seymour-Hannah Arena on Friday.
Marc Stevens scored twice and goaltender Andrew Masters made 30 saves.
Guelph led 2-0 after the first period and potted back-to-back within the first minute of the middle frame.
Brock's Justin Brack scored early in the third to end Masters' bid for a shutout. Skylar Pacheco and Connor Walters each added an assist.
The Badgers outshot the Gryphons 31-25.
Up next, the Badgers (8-5) embark on a three-game road trip to Toronto where they visit York (Nov. 22) and Ryerson for a pair of games on Nov. 23 and 28.
