The No. 7 Brock men's basketball team lost 70-66 to the Toronto Varsity Blues at the Goldring Centre on Saturday.
It was Toronto's first win of the season.
Trailing by a point, Blues forward Daniel Johansson hit a three-point shot in the dying seconds of the game to put Toronto in the lead.
The Badgers held a slight lead, 36-35, at halftime.
Tyler Brown led the Brock offence with 21 points and nine rebounds.
Godsman Kwakwah scored 18 points and collected nine board, and Daniel Cayer and Kascius Small-Martin each contributed 10 points.
Up next, the Badgers (1-2) return home to host the Guelph Gryphons on Friday, Nov. 8 at 8 p.m.
